Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please make sure there is nothing left on the beach
Hot tub cover is on and secured
Do not lock the door and leave key on the counter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep Hot Tub cover on if not in use. Latch it to the railings when it is closed with bungee if windy.
Do not leave any beach chairs, tents and or toys on beach over night.
No one allowed to ride on outdoor lift and keep gate closed.

The property was everything, and more, than described. So many choices for outside lounging and the interior had a great layout and was well appointed. The beach is gorgeous and you can walk for miles and only run across a few people. Pam, the host, was wonderful. We hope to come back soon!
