Pros: I and my two kids were here in june-july. Our Host Denise was very friendly and helpful (always on the phone). The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable. it's small but was enough for us. You have to walk to the beach at about 15 minutes (easy and not far away). The grossery shop is also 10 minutes walking. The swimmingpoll is always a good idea. The urbanisation territory was also always claen. I am realy happy that i have found this realy fantastic place:) So I highly recomend this place and this particular apartment.

Pros: Ich war sehr erfreut über die schöne strandnahe Wohnung. Sie ist zwar klein, aber für ein Paar sehr empfehlenswert. In 4-5 Minuten ist man am Strand. Auch der tolle Schwimmingpool, der direkt in 5 Schritten aus der Wohnung erreichbar ist, ist super. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und sie war immer ansprechbar. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Nous avons adoré le calme et la tranquillité de la résidence. Un petit coin cocooning ou se croisent

Pros: Nous avons adoré le calme et la tranquillité de la résidence. Un petit coin cocooning ou se croisent les familles sans se déranger les uns les autres. L'appartement très fonctionnel qui donne directement sur la piscine, 3 pas et on est dans l'eau. La mer est à 5 minutes à pieds sans se presser. Le parking à 2 pas de l'appartement. Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances à Dénia et nous avons fait connaissance de personnes très sympas.
