Welcome to “Haus Seeblick” on Borkum. You’ll feel right at home in our “Holiday Apartment 16,” located very close to the beach.

The accommodation is ideal for a holiday as a couple or with a small family. The spacious living area, featuring a DeRoyce box-spring bed, a recliner, and a raised dining area, can accommodate up to three people. Stylish furniture in subtle colours gives the room a very inviting atmosphere.

To ensure you can comfortably prepare your own meals during your Borkum holiday, the holiday rental features a well-equipped, high-quality kitchenette crafted by the island’s carpenter—including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and toaster.

Enjoy relaxing moments on the covered balcony with a view of the sea! It’s the perfect spot to unwind, read, or wind down at the end of the day. From here, you’ll have a beautiful view of the North Sea, the shopping street, and the lighthouse.

Here, all you have to do is pack your swimming costume and spend a wonderfully relaxing day at the beach soaking up the sun and unwinding!

Borkum’s town centre, with its small shops, restaurants, bars, and cosy cafés, is right next to the building. Also nearby are a tennis court, the “Gezeitenland” seawater swimming pool, the Kulturinsel, the Kurhalle, and various shopping options. Inside the building itself, you’ll find several small boutiques on the ground floor.
