A stand-up/sit-down movable desk is available, allowing you to comfortably work anywhere in the lake house while enjoying the peaceful lake setting.

Enjoy a 2-adult + 2-child paddleboat, 2 fishing kayaks + 3 standard kayaks with a launch, fishing poles, floaties (air pump provided), and life jackets for all ages. In the boathouse, you’ll also find 6 comfy camping chairs and 2 hammocks for relaxing by the water. Large porch with 4 rocking chairs with lumbar pillows...the perfect place to watch the sunset. The carport includes a propane grill and a fun basketball game and a ping pong table.

There’s ample parking, including space for a boat trailer right in front of the home.

Inside, the home offers three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary suite features a queen bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk setup with four twin beds and a TV with DVD player with 100 DVD's to choose from. The third bedroom includes a full-size bed.

The living room has a smart TV, three large couches, and a spacious coffee table—perfect for enjoying the many games provided. There is a The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, plus four fans (one for each bedroom + one extra) for added comfort. Dining is available for 10–12 guests both inside and outside.

Outside, relax on the lakeside porch with four rocking chairs and lumbar pillows—ideal for sunset views. Enjoy outdoor dining with multiple tables, a large picnic table with an umbrella, and additional seating.
