It is only a short drive to the beaches (Pampelonne) and the towns of Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud and Grimaud. The Beauvallon golf course can also be reached within a few minutes.

The large heated pool (9m x 4m, depth 1.20m-1.80m) with outdoor shower with cold/warm water promises wonderful bathing pleasure. On the pool terrace there are sun loungers, daybeed, lounge sofas and armchairs, Weber gas grill, refrigerator. The entrance to the villa is via an electric gate and there are sufficient parking spaces in the driveway as well as in front of the driveway. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The house is secured by an alarm system. The plot size is approx. 2600 sqm.

There is also a newly created, lighted boules/petanque court on the property. If you are interested, you can also rent a motor boat (Axopar Sun Top 37 from 2018) on a daily or weekly basis (extra costs on request). The boat is rented with skipper.
