It is only a short drive to the beaches (Pampelonne) and the towns of Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud and Grimaud. The Beauvallon golf course can also be reached within a few minutes.
The villa has a total living area of ​​approx. 160 square meters and offers a special level of comfort as all rooms are on one level: 3 bedrooms (master bedroom 200 x 200, two bedrooms 180 x 200) and 2 bathrooms, dining room with exit to the garden, Living room (with very large TV and satellite programs) with exit to the garden, fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso coffee machine, wine fridge, ice cube machine, beer dispenser) and several furnished terraces in a beautiful garden with impressive Mediterranean plants. The house has several terraces, one with a round table with 6 chairs and a large table on the lower terrace with 12 chairs and exceptional garden lighting which is controlled by remote control. The large heated pool (9m x 4m, depth 1.20m-1.80m) with outdoor shower with cold/warm water promises wonderful bathing pleasure. On the pool terrace there are sun loungers, daybeed, lounge sofas and armchairs, Weber gas grill, refrigerator. The entrance to the villa is via an electric gate and there are sufficient parking spaces in the driveway as well as in front of the driveway. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The house is secured by an alarm system. The plot size is approx. 2600 sqm.

There is also a newly created, lighted boules/petanque court on the property. If you are interested, you can also rent a motor boat (Axopar Sun Top 37 from 2018) on a daily or weekly basis (extra costs on request). The boat is rented with skipper.
