This three-level home is designed for comfort, space, and easy indoor-outdoor living-perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy La Jolla Shores.
The main level welcomes you with a bright kitchen, dining area, and a cozy TV room, creating a natural gathering space for everyone. The dining table seats up to 10, making it easy to come together after a full day at the beach. Just outside, the backyard feels like your own private oasis, with lush tropical landscaping, a spa, grassy area, BBQ, and outdoor dining space-perfect for relaxing evenings or casual meals under the sun.
Also on the main level are two bedrooms. One offers a queen and a double bed, while the second features two twin beds, along with a full bathroom nearby-ideal for kids or additional guests.
Upstairs, a second spacious living room provides even more room to spread out and unwind. The primary suite features a large en suite bathroom, while an additional bedroom with a queen bed can also function as a quiet office space with a large desk. This level also includes a private deck with seating for four, a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.
From here, a spiral staircase leads you to the rooftop deck, where you’ll be rewarded with beautiful ocean views and stunning La Jolla sunsets-an unforgettable highlight of the home.
A large driveway accommodates up to 3–4 cars, making parking easy and convenient-an added bonus in this highly desirable beach area.
Located just a short walk to La Jolla Shores Beach, you’ll have easy access to one of San Diego’s most loved beaches, along with nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. La Jolla Shores Beach: This is one of the best beaches in San Diego for families, with plenty of soft sand and amenities to set up camp or lay out a towel for a quintessential Southern California beach day.

- The rooftop is accessed via a spiral staircase. As with most spiral staircases, it is narrow and requires careful use. Children should not use the stairs unattended, and we ask guests to be mindful when going up and down.
- No garage parking - washer and dryer located inside the garage.

- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests. This limit is strictly enforced,
and no additional visitors are permitted without prior approval.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement
and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Please be mindful that our backyard has been noted to carry sound, potentially impacting neighboring
properties. We encourage guests to enjoy outdoor spaces responsibly, minimizing noise levels, particularly
during quiet hours 9pm-8am.
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
