The beach Playa del Lance Nuevo is just a few meters away from the front door. An array of restaurants, bars, cafés, and a supermarket can all be reached on foot within a minute (under 60 meters).

The property has a step-free interior. However, the property is not accessible for a wheelchair, as the ramp is too steep.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed, in a fabulous position overlooking the sea, with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We spent many hours on the wonderful sun-trap terrace and walking along the promenade, so we hardly needed to use the car, however the apartment comes with a secure underground parking space which is very handy. We were disappointed by the pool area and the fact that the pool didn’t appear to be open (early April), but with the beach and sea across the road this wasn’t really an issue. Sonia was a responsive host and we would love to return.

Pros: El apartamento está súper bien, es amplio y con mucha luz, la terraza es super grande con vistas al mar, por la noche escuchas desde la cama las olas romper en la orilla, las habitaciones espaciosas y los colchones y almohadas súper cómodas, los cuartos de baño tienen un tragaluz, y es muy cómodo no tener que dar la luz durante el día, la cocina moderna y espaciosa así como el salón, el sofá muy cómodo, en general puedo decir que es uno de los apartamentos más cómodos y mejor ubicados a los que he ido hasta ahora con mi familia, por último dar las gracias a Sonia, la anfitriona, que ha sido super amable y servicial antes, durante y después de nuestra estancia. Un 10 por el alojamiento y su propietaria.
