LIVING SPACES The main living and dining area is the heart of Lei Lani 601. Floor-to-ceiling Gulf-front windows line the south-facing wall, and east-facing windows wrap the corner — a configuration that fills the space with natural light throughout the day and keeps the Gulf in view from nearly every angle. The south-facing sliding glass door opens directly toward the water, connecting the indoor living space to the Gulf air and sounds. We loved it here. The view is beautiful from the balcony or the king bedroom. You can open the patio doors from the living room or bedroom and listen to the waves.
The wrap around balcony was fantastic. Gorgeous view all around. The condo is well furnished and has plenty of space for everyone. It even has an air fryer! It is in a great location that is close to everything, but the beach isn't as crowded. We can't wait to go back!
We absolutely loved this location! Beach was beautiful and having the boardwalk access was phenomenal, going from our condo right to the beach was *chef’s kiss* This was a very family friendly location, kiddos everywhere which is always a good sign that you’ve found a good spot. Condo was beautiful and comfortable. 10/10, 100% recommend!

Parking was very inadequate my husband’s truck almost got towed property manager told him that if he found anything outside our door after 8pm he would set it on fire..
Loved the location and condo was well equipped for cooking. Nice furnishings. Appliances were all nice and seemed fairly new. Amazing deck furniture! The owner was very quick to respond to questions. The only issues were the elevators at the condo did not operate well. The condo floors and baseboards were very dirty. Hair was stuck to the bathroom walls and in the corners. We were only supplied one washcloth and two towels per person and no hand towels in the bathrooms. We had family in two other condos in the same building and they seemed cleaner. We would stay again. Condo was very close to the beach and our younger grandsons enjoyed the options of the on site indoor pool and outdoor pool when they were done playing in the oven/sand.

This condo had plenty of room for six. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked great for our group. It was over all clean with the exception of the master bath shower curtain was mildewed and the queen bedroom bath tub wouldn’t drain because it was full of hair. We were not aware that we had to purchase a parking pass, it is $20 per car. It was very difficult to get the parking pass. Every time we tried to purchase it, no one was there and when we called the number on the door no one answered. We got a tow warning on our vehicle for not having the parking pass. We were finally able to purchase one the afternoon before we had to leave to go home.
My family & I had a great time at your Orange Beach condo! Everything was as advertised and we loved being close to all that this area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!
Enjoyed our stay at Lei Lani. The condo was nice and clean with a great view and balcony area. Beach was not crowded and it was a very easy walk from the condo to beachfront paradise! Kitchen was well appointed although the icemaker in the frig was behind on ice production the entire stay. Maintenance issue handled quickly and efficiently by the on-site personnel without having to wait on a response from management company. Bathrooms were slightly dated with upgrades halfway done but still acceptable. All in all a comfortable condo in a prized location and one we would consider renting again.
Kitchen is new , bathrooms could use some work, not a lot of traffic and restaurants everywhere. Very spacious.Property manager was easy to get a hold of. We will be back...
We had a great time. The condo has amazing views and right on the beach. It easily slept all 8 of us. It was clean too. My only wish would be that they offered a couple more dish washer tablets and paper towel.
We go to orange beach every year and loved this location. It is close to all of our favorite restaurants and loved being able to walk to the Flora-Bama during the day. The property is split with a building on the bay side as well as beach so we were able to have our beach view and walk across to enjoy the pool while the boats pass on the bay. Would definitely stay here again!
The communication was not great which made our party very nervous. The front of the condo building and elevators make the place seem very rough but inside the actual condo makes up for all of it. Very nice and clean! The beds were all amazingly comfortable! We missed these beds so much when we went on to our other condo. Beautiful beach views! We spent every one off our mornings sitting on the balcony, watching dolphins! We did run out of toilet paper and only had 1 trash bag. But overall, a great stay! Would stay here again if we came back to Orange Beach, Perdido Beach.

We enjoyed our stay! Our unit was clean and comfortable. Decor was cute and beach. It was exactly as represented in the photos. 3 Bed 3 bath was just what we needed. Pool was small, but was not crowded during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
This condo was perfect for our group of 7. Everyone was comfortable and the location can’t be beat. The balcony was the highlight of the trip and a lounge chairs were wonderful.
