Shopping and dining is short drive away in downtown La Pine and Sunriver offers endless recreation opportunities from golf and waterparks to miles of hiking and biking trails. The perfect home base for outdoor adventure, you'll also be within easy reach of world-class mountain sports during the winter, and fishing, rafting, mountain-biking and hiking through the warmer months



After the day's adventures, relax with friends and family at home on the deck while enjoying the views with your favorite beverage of choice. Fire up the gas grill for a picture-perfect backyard barbecue. The open living area is great for indoor gatherings, with a smart TV, books, and board games providing family-friendly fun. Friends and Family Reunion

Every year my family hosts a reunion at a lot we own on Lazy River South. This home was perfect, very close to the festivities, roomy and comfortable. We didn't utilize everything the home had to offer as we spent most of our time at the reunion there but it was perfect for our stay!

The internet was not what you said it was. Run a speed test and it was poor. And the dryer was only air dry.so how can anyone dry things with no heat?

Cousins Reunion at LapIne State Campground

The house is in a lovely location in the country with a meadow view showing multiple elk & sunsets. The kitchen is very well stocked! The beds were comfortable. There was an air conditioner for the hot Summer July weather. The living room furniture was comfortable! Unable to use the television since it appeared we had to sign into our own Amazon Prime Account or Disney, Netflex or Hula Accounts!

Best This Was Leaving This Property

Air conditioning never worked during Heat Advisory and Air Quality Advisory. Property manager determined unit was low on freon. It was never repaired Oh yeah, Air Quality Advisory was posted for smoke from fires. Couldn't stay at property during the day. Opened windows at night because it was 80 degrees inside. We reported the clothes dryer as not working. Landscaping was overgrown or dead.
