Enter via the foyer to enjoy the spacious living area with beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen welcomes you with updated stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone counters, and a breakfast nook with seating for four. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas by way of the pass-through window featuring a breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining table is adjacent to the breakfast bar and offers additional seating for six guests. The living room is bright and inviting, with a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and ample seating on the large sectional sofa and accompanying chair. The courtyard patio is a wonderful option for additional and separate entertaining space. Surrounded by a privacy wall and a gated enclosure (serving as a shortcut to and from the leisure path to the beach), this space offers mixed-use entertaining with a sofa, cushioned chairs, a fire table, a large dining table which offers seating for six, and a three-burner gas grill.

The first-level bedroom is just off the foyer when entering the unit. This offers front and side-view windows, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
