Great location in Shipyard

This waterfront condo was in the perfect location. Loved the coastal feel of the unit and seeing the gators! It was close to the pool which was well maintained and we rented bikes for the beautiful bike trails in the Shipyard community. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Beautiful, comfortable getaway

My husband and I enjoyed this unit for a few days and did not want to leave. Very comfortable place, kitchen was stocked with everything we would need to cook and the baths are spa like. The covered porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon book reading. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back ourselves.

Wonderful home in a very convenient location.

The place was beautifully appointed. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. . We didn’t cook but kitchen had everything needed. The golf course club house is across from Evian entry gate. Beach is a 3 minute drive. Restaurants all handy. We enjoyed the pool. Many tennis courts and bike paths. It would be hard to find a place this nice for the price.

Great trip!

What a great condo! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed from a keurig to extra blankets and a washer/dryer. It was perfect for our family of four. We were able to bike to the beach (8 minute ride) every day, use the nearby tennis courts, and swim in the pool. The patio with a lagoon view was peaceful and we enjoyed watching the wildlife from the bridge. It is centrally located and coligny is in biking distance. We had a great stay!
