This stately vacation villa nestled high in the hills of Santa Teresa has a very regal flavor. It is located in a closed condominium with 24h security for ultimate safety and comfort. Built in 4000m² of sprawling grounds resplendent with vegetation and wildlife this house is the height of luxury.

The panoramic views from practically anywhere on the property are breathtaking. They encompass Christ the Redeemer, Sugar-loaf mountain and Guanabara bay right over to Niteroi with its distinctive skyline.

The house itself is fit for a President, it spans over two floors and has 6 large double bedrooms (ensuite). The decor is traditional with modern undertones while not forgetting all the mod cons such as flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, and air-con in every bedroom.

There is an extensive conservatory that looks over the deck and swimming pool which in turn is overlooked by the mature gardens with palm and fruit trees.

There is also a large fully functioning kitchen.
