In the district of Le Reun, Lilia 5 km from the centre of Plouguerneau, in a quiet, elevated position in the residential district, traffic calmed area, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, north-west facing position. Private: large, well-kept garden 1'400 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Hot tub, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop, grocery 700 m, supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant, bakery, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach "Kervenni" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km, sailing school 13 km, indoor tennis centre 5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Spacious and bright, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, international TV channels, flat screen, radio and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Small lounge. Small, open kitchen (dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Oil heating. Upper floor: 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower. Terrace 32 m2, north-west facing position and south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus mit 1A Lage

Einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem sehr geschmackvoll individuell eingerichteten Ferienhaus konnte ich für eine Woche verbringen. Morgens vom Frühstückstisch aus hatte ich einen traumhaften Blick auf das Wasser mit Leuchtturm im Hintergrund. Der Garten wunderschön angelegt, der luxuriöse Whirlpool auf der Terrasse ein absolutes Highlight, unkompliziert von der Handhabung! Abends Sonnenuntergänge zum Träumen, die Einrichtung sehr hochwertig! Die Eigentümer super freundlich! Ich komme wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus, Wundervolle Aussicht

Der unverbaute Ausblick auf den Leuchtturm ist phantastisch. Das Haus ist sehr gut und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich. Und die Bretagne in diesem Abschnitt auch toll. Klare Empfehlung

Superschönes Haus in Traumlage

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das Haus ist total schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns erwartete ein Cidre, lokale Köstlichkeiten & gekühlte Getränke, flauschige Handtücher und bezogene Betten mit Plumeaus. Die Besitzer sind freundlich.Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Der Hammer ist aber die Lage: Direkter Blick aufs Meer sowohl von der Bank vor dem Haus, der Terrasse und auch aus dem Whirlpool. Ein ganz besonderer Ort. Ein Geschäft fußläufig erreichbar. Für uns war es perfekt!

Wunderschönes Haus in Traumlage

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war nicht zu übertreffen: das Haus ist toll eingerichtet. Zur Begüßung bekamen wir gekühlte Getränke und bretonische Spezialitäten. Handtücher und Bettwäsche mit Plumeaus waren super. Apotheke und Geschäft fußläufig. Die Lage ist einzigartig: direkt am Meer, das man von der Bank vor dem Haus, der Terrasse und aus dem Whirlpool heraus sehen kann. So kann man die Gezeiten toll betrachten. Es wird nie langweilig. Beim Duschen hat man einen Blick auf den Leuchtturm:-) Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Besitzer sind freundlich. Fazit: wer das Meer und die Bretagne liebt, kann nicht besser wohnen! Viele Spaziergänger und Radler haben uns um unser Domizil beneidet, wenn sie einen Fotostopp (für Meer und Leuchtturm) eingelegt haben.
