In the district of Le Reun, Lilia 5 km from the centre of Plouguerneau, in a quiet, elevated position in the residential district, traffic calmed area, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, north-west facing position. Private: large, well-kept garden 1'400 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Hot tub, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop, grocery 700 m, supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant, bakery, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach "Kervenni" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km, sailing school 13 km, indoor tennis centre 5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m.
