Designed for both comfort and flexibility, the layout offers privacy when needed while remaining perfect for gathering together. Prepare home-cooked meals with ease in our modern, updated kitchen. Equipped with premium appliances and plenty of counter space, the large island provides the perfect spot for the group to gather while dinner is being prepped.

`Guests have full access to the entire house and the backyard. Entry is convenient and secure via a smart lock (your unique access code will be provided prior to check-in). Private parking is available in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.`

- Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Pet Policy: One pet under 50 lbs is welcome with prior approval. Please note there is a $500 pet fee and a $1,000 security deposit, as the size of the home requires extensive specialized cleaning.
- Layout: This is a spacious three-story home. All 6 bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, while the common living areas are on the 1st floor.
- Climate Control: The house features central heating and air conditioning, easily controlled via the thermostat.
- Maintenance: A professional extermination service visits once per month to ensure the home remains in top condition.
- Supplies: We provide a starter set of paper products and toiletries. For monthly stays, guests are responsible for replenishing their own supplies after the initial set.
- Check-in/out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $50 fee with advance notice.
- Parking: Private parking is available in the driveway for up to 6 cars.
