Palmetto Preserve 30A combines comfort and style, providing an inviting coastal living experience in Blue Mountain Beach. Situated in the quiet and beautifully maintained neighborhood of Highland Parks, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property offers convenient nearby beach access, & many restaurants within walking distance. Included with a stay in the the home is a resort style pool, hot tub, 360 degree observation tower, Weber Genesis Grill & a lifted lithium ion six passenger electric golf cart.
In order to use the LSV, a waiver must be signed prior to checking into the property. We`re dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs permitted, 50 lbs each maximum. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay applies and covers additional cleaning. Dogs must be house-trained, up to date on vaccinations, and crated or removed when left unattended. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage beyond normal cleaning. Please pick up after your dog on the property. Unauthorized or undisclosed pets may result in additional charges.

Beautiful home with an attentive owner and property manager. The golf cart is a must have for getting around. If you’re bringing a good sized group, this is the place to stay.
