Why they chose this property
The view of the water, mountains, volcanos, and town is unbeatable. Quiet and remote feeling while still being in town, this location is prime for accessibility and relaxation.
What makes this property unique
This house was custom built by the original owners and is full of coastal charm. The front door of the house used to belong to the local hospital when it was first opened, so this place is a piece of Homer history. Beautifully styled, comfortably furnished, guests' enjoyment has been prioritized at every turn. Soak in the sweet sun out in our glamorous greenhouse and check out the flowers in bloom all over the property, including a couple Peonies, which Homer is famous for. We are a ten minute drive away from the Homer Spit, which is home to many great restaurants, adventure activities, and wonderful gift shops. Going fishing? Ask your charter captain to set aside a couple fillets for tonight's dinner and have the on-site chef cook them up for you. If you want breakfast and/or dinner made fresh just for you, complete the Form sent to you after booking. We provide local fresh eggs, micro greens, sourdough, and coffee for your breakfast. Optionally and for an additional cost, our on-site chef will cook for you, more information available after booking. We also have a couple peony plants growing in the yard, so if you're here for the Peony Celebration this is a great place to have an up-close look at these gorgeous flowers.
