All shops, restaurants, hairdressers, banks and cash machines are within walking distance. The apartment has a bedroom for 2 persons and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, which offers a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 more persons. The flat has a large balcony with a seating area. You can eat and have breakfast together outside there. The balcony faces the quiet pool side, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The cosy living area has a living room with dining counter and a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV with satellite channels and a small stereo system. Internet is available free of charge via Wifi.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, as well as toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board. The bedroom has two single beds that stand together.
The bathroom has a modern shower.

The apartment is ideal for a bathing and beach holiday, it is also ideal for a long-term holiday. The complex has a very nice pool area with sun loungers. The pool is heated in winter.
