This condo is very centrally located- right by Yaletown and just a few minutes walk from the downtown core. There's a skytrain station just a few blocks away and it's beside major bus routes so getting around is very easy. The section of Granville St. it's on is a but bummy, but it's perfectly safe. There are lots of amenities around - all of Yaletown is at your feet; so tons of restaurants; cafes; shops; grocery stores, the Vancouver International Film Festival cinema complex - all of this is only a few minutes walk. The back alleyway can be noisy sometimes at night, but, again its in a central area with some homeless folks around so it comes with the territory. The kitchen is small but well equiped and the beds were comfortable. The management was responsive - there were a few small issues when we arrived but they were remedied asap. The chain of management was a bit unclear - I think they're just getting organized - but everyone we dealt with was nice and eager to please. I'd recommend this condo to anyone looking to spend a few weeks in Vancouver at a reasonable price.

The property is decent in central location in downtown, close by shops and restaurants, and is handled by management company . Unfortunately the listing showed AC among the amenities on VRBO that didn’t exist they denied it first then later communicated to make it to bring portable AC but the trip was almost done . If you traveling during summer months I may look somewhere else .

This property is managed by the property management company and they are responsive if you contact them via text or phone call but not via Vrbo messaging. Check-in instructions were pretty accurate except that you will need a key fob (which you won't have before getting to the room for the first time) to use the elevator to get to the apartment. Location is pretty decent and easy to get around via bus or skytrain. One thing I would note is that the photos in the listing seems to be original photos that were taken when the place was brand new. Current condition is a bit more worn off and it needs some deep cleaning and updating. Lastly, I do not think this place has AC although the listing put AC as one of the amenities. Something you might want to consider if you are staying during the hot weather.

We are working on getting our central system setup to take direct communication between guests but I do hope your stay was great and the team was responsive. Also we have had a relatively warmer June so we have put the portable AC in the unit for our future guests.
