The holiday rental is designed to accommodate four people and is located right in the centre of the lakeside resort town of Zingst. The apartment has three rooms, including two bedrooms, all of which are on the ground floor. The “Wittsande 5” apartment has a living area of approximately 82 m². The apartment features an open-concept living/dining area, including a high-quality kitchen and a terrace. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (160x200 cm with full-length mattresses). There are also two spacious bathrooms (one with a glass shower and one with a bathtub), each equipped with a sink and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. One parking space in the underground garage is available for the “Wittsande 5” apartment.


Complex:

The modern “Wittsande” complex, built in 2020, is located in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst and features 15 apartments. The apartments accommodate 2–4 people and feature a balcony or terrace. The stylishly furnished apartments consist of a living and dining area, one or two bedrooms, and one or two bathrooms. Four apartments have their own sauna. One free parking space is available for each apartment.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man so benötigt. Die Lage ist ok, schön ruhig , man läuft ca 15 min bis zum Zentrum von Zingst. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, zu jeder Wohnung hat man einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der Service und Schlüsselübergabe ist super und unkompliziert.
