Spent 7 nights in Memphis over the 4th, traveling alone. Called the host upon arrival as keys would not unlock the deadbolt. Responded immediately and had a service man out in less than 20 minutes. Place was spotless, large bedroom, large living room, nice kitchen fully equipped. Small bathroom but adequate. Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Loved it and my host could not have been any more accommodating. I will be back, would also be great for 2!
