The house is set into quiet pastoral land in the Tiasquam Valley Reservation—part of the 40% of Martha’s Vineyard that is permanently conserved—and reflects the local ethos of where the land meets the sea, with close proximity to fresh produce from local farms and seafood from the nearby Menemsha fishing village.

Interiors are calm and modern, with comfortable bedrooms and sleek bathrooms overlooking rolling farmland.

Guests are minutes from several walking trails, art galleries, the Yoga Barn, as well as the island’s farmers market and artisan fair via Music Street. Centrally located to explore the beaches and towns Martha’s Vineyard has to offer, and fully equipped to make yours a memorable and restful Island vacation.
