The chic stone house 'Casa Istra' is quietly located on the outskirts of the small Istrian town of Tar only 2 km from the sea. The center of Tar with shopping, restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. With 150 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of comfort for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The living and dining area on the first floor of the fully air-conditioned house has an open kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and a cozy living area - equipped with a games console (PS5) and soundbar, among other things. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The two further bedrooms on the second floor, with a double bed and 2 single beds respectively, also have their own bathroom and access to the balcony.
Outside, the covered seating area with outdoor kitchen, the large pool and a sauna (surcharge 25 ct/kWh) invite you to relax.
Your car is safely parked on the fenced property. A charging station is available for e-car drivers (costs 25 ct/kWh), and you can also use 2 e-scooters (€ 5.00 per day)!
