Leider entsprach die Ferienwohnung nicht den Erwartungen. Es mangelte sowohl an Sauberkeit und Ordnung als auch Funktionalität der vorhandenen Geräte. Um nur wenige Beispiele zu nennen: Im Badezimmer fand sich, insbesondere in der Dusche, ausgeprägte Schimmelbildung. Die Armatur war unvollständig und scheinbar seit längerem nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Der Fußboden der gesamten Wohnung war verschmutzt. Diesen durch den vorhandenen Staubsauger selbst zu reinigen erwies sich als unmöglich, da das Kabel durchtrennt war. Die in der Anzeige ausgelobte Kaffeemaschine war auf der Küchenzeile zwar vorhanden, die dazugehörige Kaffeekanne allerdings fehlte. Wir fanden sie verspätet in einem Kleiderschrank im Kinderzimmer. Dort und in anderen Schränken im Wohn-/Küchenbereich als auch im Regal im Wohnbereich fanden sich unzählige Gegenstände: Von einem Telefonbuch aus dem Jahr 2013 über defekte Messer bis hin zu undefinierbaren Tüchern war alles dabei. Kaffeebecher mit dem Logo eines Flüssigschmerzmittels (Werbegeschenke?), eine Anti-Dekubitus-Matte und Soßenspritzer auf Bilderrahmen irritierten. Zudem sind alle in der Wohnung vorhandenen Möbel alt, verschmutz und instabil, z. B. die Sitzbank am Esstisch. Den Balkon vermieden wir zu nutzen.Die Ferienwohnung selbst könnte eine schöne Unterkunft für einen Urlaub sein, wenn sie entrümpelt, z. T. neu ausgestattet und entsprechend gereinigt werden würde.

Das Appartment war sehr sauber, ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Zum Strand undder Seebrücke sind es wirklich nur ein paar Meter. Auch die Einkaufsstraße ist um die Ecke. Perfekt wäre es, wenn man das Mobilar erneuern und in einem harmonischeren Stil gestalten würde, vor allen die Betten sind sehr niedrig. Aber Preis / Leistung ist dafür ok.

Die Ferienwohnung war Gut

Wir können uns nicht beschweren, nur die anfangs ungeklärte Parksituation, das man uns nicht sagte dass zu jeder Wohnungsnummer ein Parkplatz mit der selben Nummer gehöre. Und dass eines der Betten voll Hundehaare war, war nicht so schön. Der Rest war wirklich in Ordnung, die Lage war perfekt und da man im Urlaub sowieso nur zum schlafen und duschen in der Ferienwohnung ist, war es mehr als annehmbar.
