Spend a wonderful vacation in this lovely apartment in a great location, with spectacular views and shared pool, right on the beach.
This holiday apartment is perfect for a vacation with friends or family. On your balcony you can start the day with a cup of coffee or end it with a glass of wine. At and in your shared pool you will spend many wonderful hours.
You are so close to the beach that you can almost fish from your balcony. Here you have a view of the entire beach of San Juan de Alicante, the port of Campello and the coasts of Villajoyosa and the island of Benidorm. Here you can spend wonderful vacations swimming, relaxing, water sports and walking.
Right in front of the complex there are bus stops that connect you every 15 minutes with the capital Alicante and with the urban areas of El Campello and other nearby towns. A five-minute walk will take you to the streetcar stop, which will take you to Alicante and neighboring cities in twenty minutes. In Alicante you can visit the wonderful medieval Castillo de Santa Bárbara, one of the largest castle complexes in Europe. From here you have a great view over the city.
The new promenade, in front of the house, connects the complex with the entire beach of San Juan and just 300 meters away you will find the promenade and the "Carrer la Mar", full of cafes and restaurants of Campello. A short walk will take you to the yacht and fishing port, where fresh fish is auctioned daily exclusively for personal use.

Great place, some challenges
Great apartment and location. Some issues finding it as the address on the paperwork had a spelling mistake and the satnav took us on an adventure for ages. Not a great start after a late flight and in the dark. The property itself was good, the views amazing ; however cohabiting with huge cockroaches dampened the experience. Communication worked well thanks to Google translate and they were kind to allow for a late check out due to later flights.

Tussen San Juan en El Campello
Plezierig verblijf gehad. Overal dichtbij (alicante noord) Max 30 mins. Het appartement ligt vlak aan zee, zonsopkomsten, surfers, zeilschool en ook de branding en boulevard. Altijd parkeerplaats. Is wel een enigszins verouderd appartement, maar als er iets is wordt het opgelost
