Discounted rates reflect ongoing on-site work related to the removal of the sports courts. Please note that current listing images may depict the courts prior to their removal. Parking is currently limited to one vehicle per unit; however, additional parking is available nearby at Silver Sands, with a complimentary on-demand shuttle provided by the HOA for added convenience.
