Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to leave the golf cart keys in the lockbox on the golf cart to avoid a lost key fee.
Please be sure to gather all belongings - Any items to be returned is a set $50 shipping charge.
Gather all trash and out in the green lid bin, Recycle in yellow lid bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not bring more people than listed on your reservation
Parking is restricted to a 3 vehicle maximum
