Modern Victorian. Beautifully remodeled first floor of a duplex. Private fenced in large yard, perfect for dogs. Tastefully decorated,big modern kitchen open to living/ dining room and stocked with all cooking supplies.
2 large bedrooms. I with a queen bed and the 2nd has a queen bed and s twin. The bedrooms are separated by the living area and kitchen. Lots of natural light. Small older Maine village. Neighborhood is very safe, but not fancy. Most neighbors have lived here for years. A convenience store 2 houses away. 25 minutes to Freeport, 20 minutes to Brunswick. Portland is 40 minutes away. Popham Beach is 45 minutes away. Large deck, table and chairs,and fire pit. Electric grill.
