Over all very nice updated unit. The overall property was no where near what for the stay. Unit was probably nicest in the property. Need to come with more than 8 towels for 2 bathrooms, needs ironing board and iron, there is no washer dryer, only on the 2nd and 4th floor, elevator went down multiple times every day while we were there.

We appreciate your suggestions regarding the towel supply and the addition of an iron and ironing board, and we'll certainly review those items with the owner. Regarding the laundry facilities, we apologize for any confusion. Our listing notes that the building offers two coin-operated laundry rooms, located on the second and fourth floors, rather than an in-unit washer and dryer. We always strive to make our listings as clear and accurate as possible. We're also sorry to hear you experienced issues with the building elevator. Unfortunately, the elevators are maintained by the condominium association and are outside of our control, but we understand how frustrating that can be during a stay. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
