The Space: Magnificent villa with fantastic sea and panoramic views and private pool - with very good furniture.
For rent is the lower apartment (this is not at pool level). A staircase leads to the pool; the distance is about 30 m. The pool terrace impresses with the breathtaking sea and panoramic views, which can be enjoyed to the fullest from the apartment and the pool-area. There is an outdoor shower and a toilet right by the pool.
The upper apartment is occupied by the property-owner - a single elderly lady. But she don't use the pool, while the tenants are there.
Very tastefully landscaped garden, which is very well maintained; with a mediterranean ambience. There are many spacious terraces and seating areas - private atmosphere.
For the tenants there is: a living-dining room with integrated kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with exit to the balcony with great sea views. There is also a room (no window) with 2 additional beds - only for children suitable.
Internet connection available via Wifi.
Restaurants, supermarket and sandy beach are only a few minutes away by car.
Guest Access: The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
The Neighborhood: This is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.
Getting Around: Distance to the sandy beach 3 km, supermarket and restaurants 2 km; Golf 3 km.
Other Things to Note: Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

Situation: 5:5, situation exceptionnelle, ameublement de qualité.
Maison: 3:5, fuite salle de douche, pas de lumière dans une de bain, portail électrique bloqué, TV exclusivement TV allemande, 4 jours sans Wi-Fi, puis mauvaise qualité, pas de climatisation, pas de parasol, parking inaccessible pour voiture moyenne ou grande etc...
Propreté: 1:5, mobilier extérieur mauvais état et très sale, hotte ventilation sale, vaisselle avec reste de nourriture, nettoyage à revoir.
En résumé: très belle maison mais manque d'entretien et de maintenance.
