Grand Oaks is Oxford's premier neighborhood, a private golf course community of million-dollar homes, and this house was made for families who want space, not a party house. Eight minutes to the Ole Miss campus and Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Eleven to the Square. You will not walk to the Grove from here, and after the game that is the point: you come home to a quiet street.

THE SPACE

Sleeps 12 plus a crib, so multiple families or three generations can stay under one roof without being on top of each other. Real beds in real rooms, nobody on an air mattress.

Everything kid-friendly is actually kid-friendly. Smaller beds sized for little sleepers, room to play, a crib for the baby. Bring the grandparents and the whole crew.

GAME DAY HEADQUARTERS

The screened-in back porch is the heart of the house. Outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, searing station, and wood-fired pizza oven. Pizza night Friday, burgers before kickoff, coffee on the porch Sunday morning. Most groups end up cooking most of their meals out here.

Inside, two big TVs, 75 and 80 inch, running Apple TV with the 4K sports package on Sonos surround sound. Two games at once in 4K on a Saturday, so nobody is negotiating over one screen.

THE COMFORTS

The coffee bar has a proper espresso machine and a pour-over setup, dialed in for the early risers. High-speed fiber runs the whole house, so grandparents can stream, parents can work, and kids can game all at once. There is a Peloton if you want to keep your routine. The sauna is out back under its own cover, with an outdoor shower right beside it. That is the quiet reward at the end of a long game day. Every bed is made up with Quince sheets, king down to the twins. We bought the good ones because we sleep on them too.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Grand Oaks is tree-lined streets, sidewalks, families, and the private golf course running through it. We are on a cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic. Easy walks, safe for kids. Oxford Square is a short drive for dinner, Square Books, Ajax Diner, and the walk around the courthouse. Vaught-Hemingway and Grove tailgating are an easy eight-minute drive on game days.

A FEW NOTES

Quiet hours after 10pm to respect the neighborhood. Half-circle driveway with room for 3 to 4 cars, and the house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with space for overflow. Nobody has to shuffle cars on game day. We are a short text away if anything comes up during your stay.
