The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of WHITE laundry only, leave any other used items on the floor for housekeeping. You don't have to transfer laundry to the dryer if you don't have time.
Please run the dishwasher before you leave. The regular load takes a long time, so please use the light load setting (or start it early if you have a heavy load and need to use the regular setting).
Please take trash to the outside bin and put it at the street if you are checking out Sunday through Tuesday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties or loud music. Feel free to use the deck but quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.
The knives on the fridge are very sharp - please keep out of reach of children and take care when using them.

We had a great stay while in town for a softball tournament. There was a small issue with the air conditioning and Jane went out of her way to make it better for us. She brought fans to keep us cool and had it repaired the following morning (on a Sunday).
