There is also a stocked coffee bar with K-cups and syrups so you can enjoy your morning coffee catching the morning news or outside on the private deck.

The home boasts two common areas with large, comfortable couches and seating for hanging out. Each common area is equipped with SMART TVs for your entertainment.
Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom features tons of natural light and a king size bed with access to private full bath.
Additional Bedrooms:
Each additional bedroom is nicely styled and each have a queen bed for your comfort. Both rooms get ample natural morning light, have ceiling fans and are conveniently located close to the second full bathroom.
Backyard:
The backyard is entirely fenced with a large level grass area. Deck has seating and is perfect for grilling and entertaining. Outdoor shower located downstairs.

Driveway and street parking available. Parking for up to 3 cars in driveway. Be sure not to pull onto grass as the home has an irrigation system in the yard.

Other things to note:
We do everything we can to mitigate bugs here but then again, it is Florida! We encourage you to keep windows and doors closed during the summer months as well has to keep the home cool and enjoyable for you.
Lawn crews may come during your stay but they are quick, we do our best to schedule them as to not interrupt our guests but with the weather here, their schedules can deviate from time to time.
While Tallahassee as a whole is more of a car city, there are bus stops within walking distance to the home. Additionally, grocery shopping, restaurants, and shops are all in walking distance.
