Welcome to SeaSwept, a 4-bedroom, 3-bath coastal retreat located along the peaceful beach road of Surfside Shores. Set against a natural dune covered in mature scrub oaks, this home offers a rare sense of seclusion while still capturing sweeping views of the Gulf. Multiple outdoor spaces and expansive windows throughout the home allow you to enjoy the scenery from nearly every angle.
Designed with larger groups and multi-family stays in mind, the layout provides both shared gathering areas and private retreats. Two king suites offer added comfort and flexibility. The upstairs primary suite features elevated ceilings, a king bed, and direct access to the sun deck, where you can step out and take in the coastal breeze. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower.

The property offered beautiful views and a very short walk to the beach! We loved the room it had to offer and the porch area was gated and perfect for our toddler. The master was very large and had a perfect little spot for a crib that we rented through BabyQuip! Overall, we enjoyed the house. We did feel that the bedroom add on below the house was a bit misleading. We did not expect the bedroom not to be connected to the house or for the “3rd bathroom” to not be accessible without going outside. Luckily, we did not have enough guests to need it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back with the same number of people we brought this time. We would not expect anyone to use the bottom room or bathroom though.

The proximity to the beach and the view are great. You are literally steps away from the beach. The Wi-Fi worked well. I was able to work, and we were able to stream movies/tv in the house. This listing was for a NEW BEACH HOME!!. This is a 45-year-old home with a newish add on and paint. Inside it feels like an older rental with soft floors and doors that don't close properly. It's not a security issue but the front door howls and there is a screen door that bangs in the wind. Also, the fourth bedroom and third bathroom are underneath and don't connect with the main house or each other. Our week was complicated with the fact that the washing machine was broken. The property management company brought us towels which really helped out. The contract you sign will specify that no financial considerations will be made for systems that do not work. That is beyond their control. We were let down by the age and condition on this house. We chose this property over others because the listing emphasized NEW. We would stay in this house again and the price was not bad.
