This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $1500 (just an authorization hold like a pending transaction that disappears after checkout.) Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $119 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Guests may access all areas of the home and backyard. There is no access to the locked shed.

Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No events or drop by guests without prior permission. If any complaints are received, you may be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND.
- Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
- No more than 20 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
- No use of the fireplace is allowed.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.

-For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property. Two additional exterior Ring cameras monitor the backyard gate entrance and driveway. All cameras are visible, record video/audio and will be ON during every reservation.
