This cosy, approximately 45-square-meter apartment in Niendorf is located on the ground floor of a very well-maintained apartment complex, which includes an lift.

The apartment features a light-filled living room with a dining area and an open, separate built-in kitchen.
The living room is equipped with, among other things, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, a radio, a CD player, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has a small balcony, accessible from the living room, where you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast.

The bedroom features a double bed with two separate mattresses and two nightstands, as well as a spacious closet and an additional wall-mounted TV.

The bathroom features, among other things, a bathtub with an adjustable shower head and a foldable shower screen, as well as a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.

Kitchen amenities include an electric stove with 4 ceramic burners, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, and a kettle, as well as all the usual items for daily use.

The hallway features a coat rack and a built-in closet.
An iron, ironing board, and a high chair are also provided.

The on-site swimming pool is open daily from 7:30 - 12:30 and from 15:00 - 21:30 (on December 24 and December 31 from 7:30 - 12:30 ).

The on-site sauna is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays/holidays at specific times, with separate hours for women, men, and the communal sauna.
The swimming pool is expected to be closed for cleaning and maintenance from 02.11-13.11.2026 and 01.11-12.11.2027

Din addition, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the nearby beach during the season.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer, as well as a storage room for bicycles and strollers, are also available to you in the basement area.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is included (no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

Here, you’ll spend your holiday in apartments for 2–4 people, ranging in size from 45 to 50 m², which are easily accessible by lift from the ground floor.
On the terrace or balcony, you can breathe in the first Baltic Sea breeze first thing in the morning.

The on-site sauna provides cosy warmth even on cooler days, and you can take a dip in the adjacent swimming pool all year round.
Shared coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for your holiday laundry.

One parking space is reserved for each apartment. There is also a storage room for bicycles and a room for strollers in the basement.

The idyllic harbour of Niendorf is just 400 metres away, where you can buy freshly caught fish, and a bakery is also nearby.
You’ll find additional shopping options 1,500 metres away in the town centre or in Timmendorfer Strand, 2,200 metres away.

The shuttle bus on Strandstraße provides good connections to the neighbouring Baltic Sea towns.

The Hansa-Park amusement and family park in Sierksdorf near Neustadt in Holstein is sure to be a blast and well worth a visit.
