Villa Jade is a beautiful and modern holiday villa, built in 2018, located in Polop, in the Valencia region, 65 km from Alicante airport. Centrally located in the heart of the Costa Blanca North in Spain, it is the ideal place for you to relax, but also a perfect base for excursions.

You can rent this modern holiday home for a vacation or to spend the winter in the healthy climate of the Costa Blanca. Villa Jade is truly exceptional and equipped with every comfort. The villa is beautifully and quietly situated and has a luxurious finish. There is a large terrace with a private pool of 7 x 4 meters. The panoramic mountain view is breathtaking. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, combi-oven, and a coffee machine.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace and breakfast in the morning sun. There is sun from morning to evening, and under the pergola, you can enjoy refreshing shade.

Nearby, you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, and various bars and restaurants. There is free parking on the property. Pets are not allowed. The villa charges cleaning fees and a deposit per stay, which you must pay directly to the owner by bank transfer, no later than three weeks before the check-in date. Electricity costs are charged to you per kWh. If you book less than three weeks before check-in, you must make these payments immediately after booking. The property offers homegrown products.
