It features 2 sparkling pools, 4 equipped kitchens, 3 living rooms, 5 dining areas, and multiple outdoor spaces, comfortably hosting up to 16 guests.

This villa has 4 floors in total, and each floor is an independent, self-contained apartment:

Floor G: a 1-bed 1-bath apartment (41m2) with a front yard.

FLOOR 1: a studio with a kitchen and a bathroom (27m2 indoor area), a pool (5.8*3m, deepest 1.6m) covered by pergola and an outdoor deck area.

FLOOR 2: 3-bed 2 bath (115 m2 indoor area), with a courtyard.

FLOOR 3: 3-bed 2 bath (85 m2 indoor area), with a solarium, an outdoor dining area, and a rooftop pool that enjoys ocean view (7*2.6m, deepest 1.1m).

Each of the 4 floors has an independent entrance and they are joined by stairs outside, so each floor functions like an independent apartment.

It’s especially ideal for 3–4 families or groups of friends traveling together who value both togetherness and independence—each with their own kitchen and washer, along with multiple shared social spaces to gather.

The villa is located on the beautiful Lisbon coast. It's an ideal home base for exploring Lisbon and its surrounding must-go vacation destinations:

★ Lisbon center : 20 min by car/train
★ Cascais (very popular quaint beach town): 10 min by car/train
★ Sintra (UNESCO castles and hiking): 20 min by car

A mere 10-minute walk would take you to 2 beaches:

1. the Parede beach, ideal for paddle surf, and renowned for its therapeutic properties in treating bone disease (so much so that it's home to an Orthopaedic Hospital).

2. the Avencas beach, which has a natural seawater pool. It is popular among kids and teens, as they can explore and discover marine life at low tides.

Carcavelos beach is also only 5-min drive away. It's popular for beginning-intermediate surfing.

With the best beaches for surfing in Portugal, there are many surf schools and surf stores nearby.

There are all kinds of amenities within walking distance:

★ A big "Continente" supermarket (50 meters away)
★ a variety of restaurants/cafes/patisseries/bars, different shops/pharmacies, 7 major banks, ATMs (within 1-7min walk)
