Nature & River Setting
Good Times is located in a natural, wooded, riverfront environment, which is part of what makes it so special.
• The riverbed is rocky, and the current can be strong at times • There are no lifeguards on duty • Children must be supervised near the water • Guests use the river at their own risk
Because of the Adirondack setting, you may also occasionally see ladybugs, flies, or other seasonal insects, and at times small field mice—this is a normal part of being in a rural, wooded area near the water.
Important Notes
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests • Maximum vehicles: 4 • No pets • No smoking • No parties or events
The home uses a well and septic system, so guests should be mindful of water usage and flush only toilet paper.
The Experience
This is not a hotel—it’s a true Adirondack river house. If you’re looking for a peaceful setting surrounded by nature with easy access to skiing, rafting, lakes, and hiking, Good Times is the perfect place.
We hope you enjoy the river, the mountains, and everything the Adirondacks have to offer.
