Beautiful, tastefully decorated 3-room apartment with a south-facing balcony in a quiet location. About a 7-minute walk to the beach & promenade. Wi-Fi is available.

The cosy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area for 4 people, a TV, and a radio, and opens onto the furnished, sunny south-facing balcony.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 cm wide) with a full-length mattress topper for added comfort.
The second bedroom has a pull-out bed & a small chest of drawers.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all standard kitchen appliances.
Brightly tiled shower room with a corner shower, sink, & toilet.
Wi-Fi is available here. The apartment has laminate and tile flooring. Curtains and blackout blinds are provided on the windows. A parking space is available in front of the building. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. A small dog is welcome upon request for a fee.

Das Apartment ist gemütlich und OK

Die Technik in dem Objekt sollte einmal geprüft werden. Warmwasser verursacht lautes klicken im Verteilerkasten. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich zu klein für das Bett. Die Sauberkeit in den Ecken und unter den Betten war nicht OK. Da war länger nicht gereinigt worden.
