After parking at street level, walk down a series of staircases to your own private oasis. Enter the front door to floor-to-ceiling windows facing Puget Sound on three sides, with a skylight above the dining area that pours natural light in throughout the day. The open layout flows seamlessly from kitchen through dining to the Sound-facing living room — every seat in the house has a view of the water.

The living room wraps around a hand-carved burl wood coffee table, large sectional and two velvet lounge chairs. Enjoy the electric fireplace, set into a panel of Moroccan-style decorative tile, and search for whales with the telescope by the window.

The dining table seats 8 under a sculptural rattan pendant light, with seating overlooking the water view. The kitchen opens directly to this space, perfect for cooking and conversation.

The kitchen is designed to actually be cooked in. Powder-blue SMEG refrigerator, stainless gas range with professional hood, Fisher & Paykel double-drawer dishwasher, De`Longhi espresso machine, and open wood shelving stocked with everything you need.

A curated reading nook sits beside the staircase — floor-to-ceiling shelving with art books, a vintage radio, plants, and a lounge chair that catches the afternoon light perfectly.

Primary Bedroom & Ensuite Bathroom — King: A premium king bed with starburst-patterned wallpaper accent wall, direct Sound views and french doors open to the covered upper deck. Attached you will find the Deep emerald green subway tile from floor to ceiling wrapping the vanity wall and the full walk-in shower / water closet. Rainfall showerhead with built-in niche stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Bedroom 2 — Queen: A beautiful room with a cane headboard, layered warm bedding, and garden-facing windows. Rattan armoire and bobbin mirror add warmth with convenient access to the full bathroom.

Lower Level —

The Outdoor Sequence — Upper Patio to Bulkhead:
Step through the French doors onto the upper beam deck: two lounges, partial sun, and a panoramic sweep of the Sound. Wrap around to the lower deck with adirondack chairs and a lounge sofa. From there, the terraced yard opens up: rhododendrons, Pacific Northwest native plantings, a covered BBQ patio with gas grill.

Above the deck you’ll find another upper patio with red Adirondack chairs circling a Solo Stove with firewood stacked nearby — a path leads down to the bulkhead deck running along the water`s edge. Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, and medium bank beach access. This is where guests spend every sunny afternoon and most evenings they don`t spend by the fire.

⚠️ Accessibility note: The driveway is on the street and requires 4 flights of stairs to reach the front door. The home is multi-level with an interior staircase, and reaching the boardwalk bulkhead deck requires navigating the terraced yard and stairs. This property is not suitable for guests who cannot manage stairs or uneven terrain.
