My parents and I travelled to Vienna for my conference in Messe-Wein and some sightseeing beforehand. I had not been to this city before but this was an excellent home base for all of our exploring. The house was exceptionally clean, the water pressure fantastic and hot on demand, very close to the U-bahn for easy access to the rest of the city, and minutes from great cafes and beautiful parks. The beds were so comfortable that I would like to find something as close as possible to the brand in my own home once I find out what they are!! The only small thing it could have used was a few extra necessities. It had the bare minimum for towels, blankets, and pillows. The sofa is listed as a bed, but no blankets or pillows or sheets were given to use it as a bed. A few basics from the kitchen were also missing, like a sheet pan and things like that. If this was stocked a smidge more it would be even better, but I think anyone would enjoy their stay here. There is a lot to do without the loudness of the city center but easy access to the Karlsplatz station that can get you anywhere in the central district. The U-bahn was a 4 minute walk away and so easy to access, I used this to get to my conference and I had no issues. Schonbrunn Palace and gardens were a 20 minute walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay here and could see ourselves coming back in the future if given the chance to visit again.
Overall, a wonderful property; however, a few amenities were lacking. There were no wash cloths or hand towels for the bath, no towels for the kitchen. There was no informational packet, letting us know of nearby places such as grocery, restaurant or transportation options, or instructions for the appliances. The kitchen was well stocked except for items like spatulas. We did enjoy our stay.
