Whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends, you’ll love having room to spread out, unwind, and enjoy your own private retreat just minutes from the beach.



Step outside into your fully fenced backyard oasis, where you can take a dip in the heated pool, fire up the propane grill, and enjoy sunny Florida days in total privacy. Inside, the home features a comfortable and inviting layout with two king bedrooms, a queen room, and a fun bunk room that’s perfect for kids or larger groups. With thoughtful touches like beach equipment ready to go, everything you need for a laid-back coastal stay is right here waiting for you.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available

Spend your days relaxing on the beach, exploring local shops and restaurants, or catching a rocket launch nearby. The area has a laid-back coastal vibe with plenty to do, whether you're looking for adventure or a quiet escape.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Most guests choose to drive, but you're also just a short ride to the beach, local dining, and popular attractions. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the flat area makes biking to nearby spots a great option as well.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY

- There is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door and a camera in the back that monitors the exterior of the property while it is vacant and does not record any interior spaces

- Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested prior to your stay
