    Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
    When we arrived, nobody was there to meet us. The phone numbers provided didn’t work, and our emails went unanswered. This was a complete waste of our time and caused significant inconvenience. As a result, we had to drive another 1.5 hours to find our next hotel late in the evening. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. I would not recommend this place.
