Tolle Lage aber sehr kalt

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist top. Die Ferienwohnung selber ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Leider war das Badezimmer bei Anreise nicht zu betreten, da es extrem unangenehm gerochen hat. Das wurde innerhalb von 24 Stunden verbessert. Die Heizkörper waren bei Anreise aus und wurden leider auch nicht richtig warm. Die erste Nacht war extrem kalt. Obwohl die Heizung innerhalb von 24 Stunden geprüft wurde, blieb der einzige Heizkörper im Wohnraum/Küche lauwarm, obwohl er auf 5 gestellt war. Dadurch blieb es in der Wohnung kalt und wir konnten uns nicht für längere Zeit dort aufhalten. Trotz mehrmaligen Kontaktes mit der Agentur wurde dieses in unserem Urlaub von 4 Tagen nicht behoben. Sehr schade. Bislang warten wir noch auf Rückmeldung der Agentur / Vermieters bzgl Entschädigung.
