The house was clean and supplied basic items for everyday needs (laundry soap, toilet paper, kitchen items etc) beds were comfy and close to places for shopping and eating. The host was easy to get in touch with and was great about communicating check-in steps, expectations for checkout, and any needed information.

Host was very responsive, the space is in a great location that’s also very safe. Nice driveway, big backyard, cool back patio. Plenty of room for guests, the kitchen was well stocked with most anything you could need. My only reason for 4 stars is just some cleanliness around the house. I’ll preface with the things you’d really want to have clean, really were (beds, sink, couch etc).I’d booked a two-week stay a few months out and it wasn’t cheap but upon coming in the filter light on the fridge was flashing, there was a lot of dust and some small trash under the bed in the main bedroom, the stand in the closet had some smudges on it that came off on my shirt, just some loose objects for for future or current projects just sort of hanging around inside or outside of the house- all of that’s fine and dandy and didn’t truly effect my stay but for the price it was was something I couldn’t help but notice. When I arrived both the trash can and recycling were filled to the brim and beyond with some project stuff which is all a-ok and the host was sick and couldn’t come down, I didn’t mind wheeling out the trash cans but if my mom had be staying here there’s no way she couldn’t have moved emAll in all I was happy but I think a little bit of tidying up would go a long way

Location was great. Close to the city with many restaurants, stores nearby. Host Tanner was very friendly and responded very quickly for anything we reached out to him for. Backyard is huge and great for families. Would definitely stay here again!
