This lovely three-bedroom, two bathroom condominium is located less than a block to Avalon’s 32nd Street beach and the Avalon boardwalk, two blocks to Surfside Park, and just a couple of blocks from the business district. Walk to all your favorite activities and restaurants!
Inside this beautifully appointed unit you’ll enjoy an open and airy kitchen, dining area, and living room, a large flat screen tv, plus an adjoining private balcony. Central air conditioning provides maximum comfort, and there’s an outside shower for rinsing sand after the beach.
Located on the first floor, the unit is just a few steps above ground level.
Living room seating includes 3 chairs, plus additional seating around dining table.
Pets are not permitted; however, tenants are advised that owner's pets occupy the property.
Smoking is not permitted. Grilling is not permitted by the condo association. There is one reserved parking space.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
