From this cosy, centrally located accommodation, you can quickly reach all the major attractions. The nearest lake access point with swimming is only about 100 metres away. In about 5 minutes, you can reach the public swimming pool with lake access (as well as two large chlorinated swimming pools, including a water slide and a large sunbathing area). <br>The “Städtle” is about an 8-minute walk away. The nearby Eriskirch Ried Nature Reserve is the largest nature reserve on the German shore of Lake Constance. <br>The accommodation has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished. You can partially see the lake from the living room. A baby bed and other items (bottle warmer, high chair, etc.) are available upon request. Stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) can be rented for an additional fee for the duration of your stay. Shorter stays (or stays outside the weekly schedule) are possible upon request, subject to availability. <br>There is a parking space directly in front of the house. The nearest bus stop is about 100 metres away.<br><br>Please note that a visitor’s tax is charged in Langenargen. This is currently €3.15 per person (ages 16 and up) per day.
