This place worked well for someone who needs a place to crash. It's what I needed. The location is a bit sketchy, kinda hidden away in a not-so-great neighborhood. I didn't have any problems, but I didn't hang around. The shower/tub combo has a curtain that doesn't fit the tub. There were crumbs and hair on the floor. The sheets were clean, and the kitchen was clean. I really appreciated having the washer and dryer and the AC units, though it looks like one of the electric heaters is trying to eat the main window AC. The biggest strike was the plug-in scents... I almost choked when I walked in the first night. I unplugged everything, opened the windows for a couple of hours, and didn't have any other problems. Glad to learn that the scents weren't being used to cover something else. The water heater is only good for about half a bath; there are no problems with showering. All in all, a place I would stay again should I come to Dayton for a similar reason.
