In a very nice residential area, landscaped and quiet. Very easy access to the highway to go anywhere on the island.
Ideal apartment for two people; bedroom with double bed, kitchen, dining room and living room in one space. Complete private bathroom. Fully furnished and equipped even with dishwasher. It does not need air conditioning because the climate in this area of the island is ideal.
Two minutes walk from Abaco, a spectacular place to spend a different afternoon enjoying cocktails and live flamenco music.
A seven minute drive to Lake Martianez. A great place with sea water pools to spend the day.
Free parking is available on the street.
No parties allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
There is also a crib and high chair available on request free of charge.

In ruhiger,älterer Wohngegend in Sackgasse,guter Parkmöglichkeit.
Pros: Kleiner ruhiger Essplatz auf der Terrasse. Dusche hat super Wasserdruck. Gastgeberin stets bemüht und freundlich. Eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung.
