Your perfect beach escape awaits in Dewey Beach
This inviting single-family home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway—and it's dog-friendly, making it a perfect fit for this pet-loving beach town. With a bright, fresh feel throughout, it's the kind of place where family memories are made year after year.
Enjoy a convenient layout with one bedroom and bath on the first floor, plus three bedrooms and an additional bath upstairs—ideal for families and groups. Sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch, unwind on the back porch, or rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower. The fenced yard is perfect for kids and pets to play safely, and the spacious enclosed back porch offers even more room to gather and relax.

This home is pet-friendly and welcomes your four-legged companions for an additional $300 non-refundable fee per pet. At this time, only dogs are permitted, with a maximum of three dogs allowed.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $239.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required within 48 hours of submitting your booking request to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your required payment amount or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
